Week 1 - Artist - Elora Jean & Emma Chamberlain

This week I got to know two artists, Elora Jean and Emma Chamberlain.
First, I analyzed Elora Jean. Based on her military experience, she uploaded to YouTube her hair design and beauty. It was enough to arouse people's interest, as the air force hairstyle people don't usually see easily. There is also a male YouTuber who is very similar to Elora Jean in Korea. The man opened a hair salon after being discharged from the Korean UDT Navy Seal. As a hair artist from the Special Forces, he attracts a lot of attention and popularity from many people. When two fields that are not expected meet each other, it seems to create a potent synergistic effect.
The following is an analysis of Emma Chamberlain. As soon as I first searched for an account, I was surprised. Because Emma Chamberlain has an insane amount of subscribers, most of her videos showed her daily life. For example, a video comparing fast-food breakfast, a video of making food at home, and staying at home for 24 hours. It was a video that subscribers could easily take with their hands, and it seems that they can easily empathize with it. Since it is very similar to our daily life, I felt that it had many subscribers.
I felt that both YouTubers were taking their videos very seriously. Elora Jean focuses on beauty, including hair design and makeup. On the other hand, Emma Chamberlain focused on her everyday Vlogs, making her more approachable to her subscribers. While I was filming my introduction Vlog this week, I thought that uploading videos regularly could also be a good hobby. I felt that making my own and promoting my new content through the Internet could be a decisive advantage.

Week 11 - Artist - Choice

G-Dragon I want to explain G-Dragon, a singer, and artist in Korea, as an activity this week. G-Dragon succeeded in gaining global fame through music and fashion. He is also deeply interested in art and contemporary art. Many works from art museums he visited and designs inspired by him are uploaded on G-Dragon's Instagram. He has been continuously researching and developing his brand. The collaboration of G-Dragon's brand "PEACEMINUISONE" with "Fragment Design" led by Hiroshi Fujiwara, who is called the godfather of street fashion, was well received. Another collaboration is with Nike. He worked on Air Force 1 in collaboration with the world-famous brand Nike. G-Dragon has posted a custom Nike Air Force version on his Instagram in the past. Week 10 - Art Activity - Intermedia

I want to make a work about the last 4Th of July. Korea has Independence Day on March 1st. On March 1st, in Korea, the Taegeukgi is usually hoisted in every house. However, the United States considers fireworks on the 4th of July to be a significant event. While walking down the street, I wanted to keep the fireworks. Many media could be included, such as photos, videos, and recordings, but I chose a video among them. I think shooting fireworks on video turned out the best. Of course, I could express it with a photo, but I don't think it was as lively as a video.
